Make D sleep with me? But I’m still recovering from the 2 nights away and sharing a bed. She is a real wriggle worm @Jynx and I don’t have a king bed anymore.

I just need to stay in bed. Not get out of bed. Tie myself down? Need something I can have beside my bed that I can grab instead yeah?

Haha your D and I have that in common @Bow! Mum used to call me a 'wriggle-puss' which...turns out is NOT a common phrase! Haha.

But maybe a wriggly little worm is more of a comfort than the silence? Tricky if it may impact your sleep!

Tie yourself down ahaha reminds me of this meme I saw once - "Practice safe sex - tie your partner to the bed so they don't fall off!" 😋

Maybe your spike mat nearby? And you could write yourself a little note, like "No feeling lasts forever" or "Three deep breaths" or something like that? Or heck, sometimes I find it really cathartic to just shred paper or pummel my pillow!!

If only she would stay still @Jynx its tempting but I need sleep. I’m tired.

Totally @Bow - may end up causing frustration and I know for me, frustation easily leads to more potent emotions 😬

It's one I use for myself upon many an occasion 😊

My SW is back today after 2 weeks off @rav3n she sent me a text to let me know that my old SW has resigned and her last day is tomorrow. I know, not my current SW, but knowing my old SW was still there (as team leader) was.., I don’t know. If I needed someone she was there. She knows me real good. She really cared. She was a real good SW.

that makes perfect sense @Bow knowing she was still around even if she wasn't your current SW would've been comforting, i'm so sorry to hear she's leaving. that feeling of losing that bit of comfort/familiarity sucks, but i'm really glad she was there for you when you needed her. 💗
are you thinking of chatting to her one last time tomorrow?
