Both @Jynx but more the later. Just don’t feel like there is no way to change things. No way to make things different. No way to make things better.

i don’t know what would be helpful right now. But I’m gonna go crawl into bed cause I can feel tears coming on.

Okay @Bow deary, I hope the warm safe coccoon of bed is all you need. I'll be around a couple more hours tho if it gets rough; you can tag me or if it's really bad and you want some help safety planning, emailing always an option.

I felt warm and safe in my bed @Jynx and managed to get off to sleep but didn’t have a good night after that and things happened. Just feeling yuck now from that.
i wanted to do stuff today but got zero motivation

I've been struggling with motivation myself lately, what sort of things were you wanting to get done today?

Was going to pull the tv unit that I have been working on out into the sun- it’s currently in the garage, and give it a wipe down and sand @Ru-bee

@instead I am on the couch watching a movie and doing some Lego.

Watching a movie and doing some lego does sound like a pretty nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon @Bow

Yeah, a friend of mine has asked me to do a little pet portrait that they wanted to give as a gift. I agreed to do it because I enjoy painting and haven't done it in age and I was hoping this would help me feel motivated to get back into it but nope...I've just been putting it off. Maybe I just need to get it started and then the motivation will follow

Well I don't do it that often these days @Bow

I loved it when I was younger, and then I got back into it during covid but now I find it hard to find the motivation and time. I guess I've kind of swapped it for knitting which I also love but I wish I did make more time for painting

What lego set are you making today?

Oops I just realised the time! I'm not used finishing so early but I'm out of here for the day @Bow
