One thing I try to keep saying to myself when things are really, really bad -'is that I've survived 100% of the terrible days, and I'll survivor this one too..

Don't get me wrong it's excruciatingly difficult and painful, but you're half way through the day already. You can do the next half.

@Bow a "choice" you should have never had to contemplate. Hugs, love and the permission to forgive yourself for something that you had no control over hunny. Squishy hugs x

Just not coping today. I desperately want to see my psychologist but she has no appointments for a month and I'm already on the cancellation list.

I know it wouldn't be the same given you want to see your psychologist specifically, but if that isn't possible there are other forms of support out there which can help you get by, including SANE Counselling (1800 18 7263), Lifeline (13 11 14), and the Suicide Callback Service (1300 659 467). 💗

Your right, it's not the same. While I appreciate the place to talk at sane hd, it's not helping today. Tethering on the edge of being unsafe. It hurts

Hello dear @Bow ... really sorry to hear how hard today has been for you. By now your little girl would be home from school, and I hope that has helped to keep you safe. It is very unfortunate that you are unable to see your psychologist for another month. Hoping that a cancellation occurs and enables you to see them sooner. Please do all you can to stay safe precious one. I'm sure you are still grieving your loss as well, so please go easy on yourself.
