Feel like I've undone the hard work I did today @Emelia8

We didn't talk a great deal about my eating issues today, just where I struggle and where it began I guess.
I may call my gp tomorrow. I have a pathology request form for bloods, but I'm not due to have them done for another a week. If I'm still feeling it in the morning I will try and call and explain to her, maybe she will have me get my bloods done sooner.
I've just made a chai @Emelia8 if you would join me.

Probably a good idea to talk to your GP tomorrow @Bow . It sounds like you know the warning signs, and it would be good to avoid the need to go back to hospital.

mum had another fall today. Slipped in the shower and hurt her already sore leg. She is in no state to help with my D at the moment.

No I dont have much on tomorrow thankfully. Need to go into town to collect scripts and some fresh food from supermarket. But thats it.

I have to go get my meds too @Emelia8 , every Friday. My gp requested my meds be supplied every week by the pharmacist. It's annoying... and so much shame, but gives me some control.

hi @Emelia8 im not feeling so good this morning. felt ok when i first woke up, but really flat shortly after getting out of bed. i went for a walk, hoping it would help, but it hasnt. im tired, lethargic and just fed up feeling this way. i felt somewhat hopeful yesterday, now nothing. hopeless.

i havent called my gp, i dont have the tingling today. i dont want to bother her with it as its probably nothing. ive just been down to get my medication and im now going to go crawl back into bed. hopelessness feels heavy today.
