I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Gardening. Made Lamb chops and lovely salad.
I had a comedy of errors ... going to the bank twice to do a big transfer for insulation ...
first I had forgotten my wallet, 2nd time banks are closing early ... felt a fool but oh well I have 2 reasons to go to town My son and I wrapped up presents for his little boy. It was good for us to sit at the table doing that together. To the PO tmrw.
Friend phoned me, had found a woman's step thru bike and we went out to the boon docks and it looked worth it. He said he would fix it a bit. Did a little tweaking the brakes, reminding me of my brother. I have not ridden for over 20 years and a bit hesitant, but with a lovely discrete pale metallic pink, brown seat and brown basket, I think it is hilarious my first girly bike!. We have a lot of bike paths around so maybe it will give me a new lease in life.
I lose a lot of energy processing social stuff. Can be very costly.
