Checking In
Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

@TAB I will try to write things down. No she is not helpful. I really should have just walked away- we meant to meet up for morning tea. I ordered a milkshake and she ordered coffee of some sort and burger and chips. But it took her ages to eat. I can't remember how long we were there for but it was a long time. I just know I am not going to do it again.

hmm well there must be some reason you see her dunno @oceangirl perhaps just tell her how you feel and she can deal with it or no

@TAB I dunno either re meeting her. I don't think it would be well received by her though. And I just want to move on. Sorry if it sounds harsh. I meet her in 96 when I was really young. A comment that has stayed with me is that she told me that I was a nobody. I can't remember how old I was but I would never say that to anyone. She makes me feel uncomfortable. This woman is about 26 years older then me. I have seen patterns in her relationships with others. I'm just going to focus on me and surrounding myself with loyal and caring people. I hope this makes sense.

Sorry I dropped out @oceangirl
Feeling the need to put distance between someone I had hoped was a friend would upset me too, but still might be for the best. It is tricky to know how a person will act, cant always predict, but when we get a few hints, it is wise to take note.
I am not actually feeling good hype, but worried about my hypertension, palpitations, etc. There is only so much meditation and gardening I can do, and now I am thinking the SNRI might be contributing, and its not actually me. Noted my diary to discuss it with pdoc.
Heya @HenryX hope the tea was good. I had lemongrass. Sorry I missed the party lol

All good @Appleblossom
I am upset by it and thank you for validating how I am feeling. I don't know what else to say because it just makes me feel more anxious and upset. But thank you for listening to me.
Your medication could be contributing to those symtoms and good idea to take note of it- does it happen at a particular time or is there a pattern occuring?
What have you been up to lately?

@TAB Not sure what you mean. I don't why talking about stuff makes me anxious. I wish I could just forgot about things.
