I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Hi @oceangirl - it's really hard watching our furbabies suffer. What symptoms does Kira have? Would you consider a playmate for her, keeps 'em going longer I'm told. I lost both my 15yr old foxies 2016-17 heart failure. The Vet was so helpful. I couldn't stay and watch the needle. Know I should've but not since losing my girl. The vet was lovely with them both times. The last one was my girls pup. I have Georgia now, she was mums and such a little blessing. Sometimes I tell myself not to get too close to her in case dies too. But she has a way about her that just suck you in. Is Kira like that?

my furbabies have all lived until they were 16, 19, 17, 15 years old
