Checking In

Checking In

Hi,

I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Re: Checking In

@BlueBay Hope your scan goes well tomorrow.

I had my gallbladder out in 2019 (August)

Re: Checking In

Hey @oceangirl did you have trouble once your gallbladder was out ?
I feel like I have a lot on my plate at the moment.
I think I'm thinking too much if that makes sense.

Re: Checking In

Hi @BlueBay @TAB @MDT @Bunniekins @Shaz51 @Snowie

I thought I would post here tonight. I have struggled the last month but have picked up in the last week. I feel like I am not progressing forward and I would like to be doing more in my life. And I am most definately frustrated by this. My first goal is to work on both my mental and physical health. I really want to declutter my study and my spare room. And to have more of a routine and better sleep schedule. I think that is a start and I will work towards this over the next few weeks.

What are some areas of your life would you like to work on? What do you struggle with?

Re: Checking In

I can take years to buy a pair of new pants, its like a mental block, also saucepans atm, threw old ones out as damaged, had no saucepans at all 6 months now, how hard is that? there's always an excuse..

oh and gym memberships where I got for 2-3 weeks , see marked improvement in short time then just stop going ..

and clutter in room where I am is out of control, I know I feel calmer, more comfortable, more at ease if can see clear spaces , yet can only do it every few months seems lol @oceangirl @Bunniekins

Hi @Bunniekins I struggle with that too. We could support each other to get fit and anyone else who would like to do the same. I thought we could check in here and put in what exercise we did and we could share workouts or what is helping us get fitter. @TAB Would you like to join us too, and @MDT ?

@TAB Perhaps write up a list to do, that might help(re pants) I have a gym membership and I have not been in about a month but I generally go once a week. My challenge for myself this week is to go to the gym and do a gym class of some sort. And to start declutting the spare room and I want to have that done by the end of this week.
