I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

not up to much at all here today surprise surprise @oceangirl was a bit down the other day, getting over it, dunno what that was about. just ticking a few boxes this morning with admin type stuff been avoiding following up on Super query, paying bills, etc

Christmas was great
Been at the sanctuary today
Still lack energy and was sick last night but felt better after taking something for it
What did you do today?
I just had dinner- BBQ chicken and salad
And I have feed Kira & Milo

@TAB Glad you're feeling better though and had a good day. Not been up to too much today. Just been to the sanctuary and did a grocery shop. And not long had dinner- BBQ chicken and salad and have feed the puppies Kira & Milo. Thinking of going to bunnings tomorrow. What are you doing for new years Eve?

I went back to work today after 5 weeks.
it felt weird. I really didn't want to go.
but it was ok once I was there.
I've been struggling this afternoon with a terrible headache. Slept for a few hours.
littke A is very tired. She's relaxing on the lounge. Think I'll have sm early night.
