I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Yesterday was busy @oceangirl
Two loads of washing
cleaned the toilets and bathrooms
Had coffee down the beach
after lunch I slept for a bit
we had pizza for dinner at the park
then drove down the road and had ice cream
it was a nice night
this morning I will go for a walk
then not sure about afternoon
any plans for today @oceangirl ? Xxx
