Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Glad you had support and you were able to talk it through. I too have panic attacks- have you read the book feel the fear and do it anyway.
We just have to find people that we connect with and are genuine and kind people. We will put out good energy (honesty, integrity) and hopefully attract similar people.
I am still out of sorts and irritable. Its hard to explain how I feel. I am not sure if my medication might be contributing to these feelings. Do you ever feel really irritable?
Moving on in 2022, to more peace and quality of life.

@TAB You might need to get a few quotes. When I had my surgery- it cost me 500 out of pocket but many surgeons where charging 10 000. A newer surgeon might do it cheaper but still be very good.

yeah ., remember being in that situation 20 years ago maybe unfortunately that would all have to driven by GP and I am in the country, not sure how well they know the system ,. I could ask though
yes, went to an ENT specialist years ago for something didnt end up getting done, he was going to do a procedure for like $500 gap @oceangirl not much I can do. I would need another referral from GP , not sure what basis that would be on ? that I didnt want to wait? I dont know
