Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

And the dr can work out what is happening and get you well soon
In the meantime plenty of rest and fluids
Have you had any xrays or scans?

taking antib iotics cos didnt know what else to do @oceangirl neck was sore for few days ok around adams apple and I have thyroid problems and that can cause coughing I think , but spent couple shifts at work that were really dusty and sort of lost voice a few times since then getting well coughing fits that the littlest tickle will set off

@TAB Hope you feel better soon. You could ask Dr for xray to check chest and ultrasound to check your thyroid and blood test. Sometimes we need to ask for what we need- don't be afraid to do that. I just went for a quick walk around the block and been on the phone to mum and dad.
Its been raining a lot here this week but has been sunny today and hopefully tomorrow.

they did blood tests not long ago, but yes will be asking soon if doesn't get better @oceangirl thanks ok I prob should have gone for walk around the block just dont feel up to it atm thats good re phone call
