I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Yelling at tv is me trying to deal with my life lol @oceangirl Think working last week has thrown me a bit lol like how did I leave it so long or how sick am I
Dr was interesting. Not seen this one before. He seemed way more onto things and concerned than my usual GP which is not a good sign lol He got me to ring hosp ended up getting appointment straight away. Its next week. Thats for thyroid. Anyway hope things pick up with your father and you don't have to do so much running around Trying sleep again here

well no drowning sorrows yest so guess thats a start @MDT lol yeah hope so, I am going to have to do a big part of it myself looks like Oh well, lost appts next week.
going to soak in bath now. Big storm yest was a fizzer luckily lol but made for a weird day as worrying when it was coming
got job network appt this morning, been on their books since jan, they have done Nothing, now they have started offering menial jobs.. thought I was on disablility, all about them lol
not sure whether to tell them I worked last week, they would make money out of it if I did, or just not tell them, nod and smile, or that and ask for a transfer to another agency

oh, the jobsearch one ? @MDT dont have to be an expert, its another perspective..
well they started trying to push crap work on me (storeman at butchers(?)) .. ont top of not helping me.. past experience with other one is they will just not help me which would be better lol
guess I should ring work at some stage (supvr was all enthusiastic, we will keep you busy, where have you been, someone will ring over the weekend well its wednesday now lol) but he isnt actual person who decides dunno lets just say its not an accident that they havent rung and I wanted at least a week's break anyway

yeah I had a years break a few times, nothing good over came of it lol unless will to take chances @MDT and I wasnt. Leaving for job place shortly lol . went for walk although kept it to my bare minimum 2 0 min s as still achey from work finished ok last thurs lol plus was starting to rain
Got a list, see how it goes
