Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

I just wanted to check in. I am feeling really tired and irritable. Does anyone else get really irritable with depression? What are some things that have helped you manage your depression, relationships and stress?
Its hard seeing my dad in hospital and him being upset. I am not sure when he will be coming home, but he is in the best place for him. He can't leave hospital until he gets clearance from his treating Drs and physio. He has some abnormalities in his electrolytes. And the nurse said it can be quite serious (sodium levels) and others but the sodium is the one that is the most worrisome.
I am going to try to go to bed in the next hour or so. I will be online for a little bit unless I can't kept my eyes on. Miss you guys !!
