I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

I am so sorry for your loss. My mum is doing OK and hoping she gets a better nights sleep tonight. We did see my Dad today because hospital visits were allowed from 4pm today, there had been a no visitor policy because of COVID. That also made it tough. My dad's condition is improving and hoping he gets stronger each day.
I have my mum staying with me and its good we are both together.

So pleasing to hear that your Dad is improving. Lets hope that continues. Glad you are now able to visit him in hospital. COVID has caused such enormous heartache for many, by keeping families apart. Really happy to know your mum is staying with you, where you can support each other. Sending you some much needed strength and hope.

My dad is improving physically not sure about neurologically though.
Its heart breaking to see him like this.
