Checking In
Hi,
I'm not doing so well. Didn't have a good appointment with psychatrist today and because I am struggling, it is difficult for me to open up.

Hi @MDT @oceangirl @Bunniekins @TAB
Yes, though I would consider the range of music that I enjoy would be described as eclectic, Bolero by Maurice Ravel is among my favourite pieces of music.
It is just a pity, I think, that I never set my mind to learning to play a musical instrument, apart from my vocal cords in choral singing.
Cheers, @HenryX

Hello @oceangirl
I'm fine at the moment, so feeling positive, Thank you.
I can understand the feelings of being depressed and anxious. Not a pleasant place to be at. I'm also aware that often those feelings come in cycles, sometimes without any reason and sometimes caused by something happening in our space.
Very much hope that wellness improves for you.
With Best Wishes
@HenryX

I'm not in a good place but I am sure I will get there. I have quite a few triggers atm. I know I have to make changes. But I am scared to - for a number of reasons. I'm going to try to take it easy.
