Hello I am new here! I am excited!
I have lived experience of complex mental illness and am wanting to turn what I have learned through my experiences into meaning and purpose . I am wanting to share support and share my story appropriately. I want to educate others and use the growth lessons to benefit the community.

mine might be a little different with my husband has lots of diagnosis including bipolar11 and myself with lots of physical problems and i have just become my mums carer
but I love the forum that i can help other members and i have had lots of support xxx
