Hi Everyone @eth @outlander @Schitzo @Shaz51

How have the last few weeks been going for you? I'm still in clinic, hoping for discharge next week or so. Definitely settling down and having breaks from my racing mind at times, but worried how ill cope outside. My living circumstances are fine, but I know I will get triggered & have intrusive memories and am reworking coping strategies & dicharge planning.

@Jynx where in the forum could I write a gender questioning post? There's no topic for lgbtiq+?

Have a good sleep everyone x

You could ask the question here @Former-Member or create a new thread with your question?

Re: LBGTIQ+ Social Space

@Former-Member , The last few weeks have been going well, thank you for asking. It's good to know that you would be released from clinic next week. I understand how daunting the thought of going back to the outside world can be. The best thing to do is to take one day at a time and be gentle with yourself.

Take care 🤗💚🌼 xx

I don't really know how I'll go on the outside. Yea I have stabilised and learn new things, but nothing has changed on the outside. My partner doesn't know about me questioning my gender identity. Just writing it is already too much.

Hi @Schitzo

thank you for checking in with me 💚

How are you?

Today was a little better. I struggle to get things into place that I discussed in hospital. It will take time. I'm scared. I'm putting more safety measures in place.
I would like to learn more about the gender continuum and meet other trans people. I don't know how. I feel alone.
Take care my friend ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Re: LBGTIQ+ Social Space

My daughter told me she was Pansexual. I had to ask her what that means but I told her I accept and love her regardless.

I brought her a Pansexual Flag so she could hang it up in her room. Never knew there was one until I started researching.

I am super proud of her.
