I've got a terrible low in my life and the dr's are realising it. Im having a meeting to discuss my options to receive etc treatment.
This centaur sees no colour no future but I Gave then 1 more day.to find me some hope again.
(Later in this discussion I'll mention the other difficulties to life feeling so hopeless, but for now I eanna talk the big ECT)

I am glad your first session went ok. I normally end up with a headache and aches after the first few and then it seems to ease. Hoping that is the case for you too.
Slept most of yesterday too which I find is normal after ect.
Hope tomorrow goes well with ect.
