This is how I feel, do not read on if negative thoughts bother you........

Saw my therapist yesterday and couldn’t connect with her at all. Felt like I was on a completely different wavelength which made me sad.
I feel so flat like there is nothing for me and no one that really cares. Everything is grey.
My meds have not made an ounce of difference still feel the same.
I thought for a while that there was something worth staying for but I know there is not.
Right now I feel life is not precious, not mine anyway.

If you don't feel your medication is working, go back to your doctor... and they might be able to find a better working medication for you? ... One I was taking, I felt the same as you and suffered through bad headaches... this new one I have. I felt a change within a week. and no dramatic side effects. ... as for connecting with your therapist, its only natural that you're not gonna feel them or vice versa, at some point in your relationship with them.. hang in there!.. someone told me bad feelings pass... (as do good feelings from time to time.... I guess, which is why we are here... lol!!)
