My perpetrator got release from jail yesterday.
I tried to suicide following the news.
I can't deal with him being in the streets. I don't want him to find me.

Nature lover the psych went ok I guess. He used to be one of the hospital psychiatrist so I knew him already which was good.
I'm not good this morning. Tempted to do bad things. Seems very attractive rn.

Sorry you're not feeling good this morning...we are here with you. Do you have strategies to help when you are tempted to do bad things?

It might not matter to you, if you're feeling suicidal I mean, but it matters to me, @The-red-centaur ...we don't want to lose you 💔
