My perpetrator got release from jail yesterday.
I tried to suicide following the news.
I can't deal with him being in the streets. I don't want him to find me.

They're having a case conference about me today. Most likely outcome is I'll be heading into care within next few days while we prepare an application to move into 24hr supported accommodation.

@NatureLover I'm not really ok. My case manager couldn't get me into short term program until next week and long term accommodation is unknown at this stage.
I saw my new psychiatrist yesterday. And my GP today. I've gained a lot a weight in the last 2 months and it's really scary. But weight restoration and recovery is needed. It just sucks and is hard but relapsing isn't worth it I guess.

Hi, thanks for the update, @The-red-centaur . Bugger about the long term accommodation...and that you have to wait till next week for the short term accommodation. 😞
