Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

That's ok @Fluttershy1 I can't sleep either so happy to sit with you. I like the sound of rain too although where I am it isn't raining.

@Lee82 - it's raining where I am, kinda sucks though I'm stuck in stage 4 restrictions....

@jazz - I'm using my coping strategies and relaxing. Might watch a Disney or Netflix movie, I no sure yet...

I am also in stage 4 restriction @Fluttershy1 it really does suck. I have 2 kids home with me that I am homeschooling at the moment. I am a single parent. It's been tough
