Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Hey @Fluttershy1 Do not let the great news of today be rained upon by anyone Hon. It is great you have gone back to your grandmas where you feel safer but also remember this is YOUR achievement and it is something you want to do. I do know that it can take just one thing for our mood to deflate but the positive of the day outweighs whatever your brother said ...you are the one in the driver's seat here and you have something big to look forward to (as well s Benson coming). Embrace those positives Hon because they could be life changing.

He said nasty stuff to me @Zoe7, he has upset me and I have other stuff going on aswell. I just wish I could feel normal again but I don't think that will happen again tonight
