Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

I know what it is like hun, I have just got out of hospital two days ago.

Things sounds like they are all over the place @Fluttershy1

I am glad you stood up for yourself and made them keep you there, instead of trying to discharge you at some silly hour.

@Snowie - it was a joke how they tried discharging me at some unearthly hour and then trying to give me medication I'm allergic to!!
they gave me a bandaid I was allergic to!
it's just a joke. I'm not doing so well so I'm all curled up in bed watching Netflix
