It's really hard to imagine what's going on for you with your alters but I do believe you and it must be really hard when your family won't take you seriously.

In my case my son was a troubled child and I couldn't trust him at all when he was little - he was self-destructive and could cause chaos in moment - and he never really grew out of it

So I can identify with you need to be alert to what might happen and hey - when my son was a little kid no one believed me that his behaviour could be so upending and unending.

So I do hear you

@Owlunar - I can't act like myself around family, they will just say I'm faking it

Although I don't know much more than you have told me about your little alters I can understand that your family doesn't understand and think you are faking it - as if any one really would.

After all - what could you gain from having all this happening to you?

When did all of this start? Did you just have one at first and the other's just came along and stayed?
