Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

I'm just not liking it at the moment I feel like everything is too hard at the moment.

I just want it to get eaiser, it just doesn't seem to be getting eaiser, it just keeps going backwards. I'm feeling like I'm just spiralling again and again...

It's hard when you have family that doesn't understand my MH and my medical conditions. They are telling me that I'm faking it when I'm not. I just want to be better, I'm over acting like everything is okay when it isn't. I am always wearing a mask.
The only time I get to take my mask off is when I'm in a session or talking to someone I trust.

What can you do to reduce the stress around you atm ?

Can you do something for yourself to take your mind away from the stress? Whenever I am feeling overwhelmed I go somewhere to do something for myself and it is a chance to switch off

It sound like hard work with those little alters @Fluttershy1

It sounds as if they give you are hard time - and when you are hiding are you hiding from them or something else? It would cause anxiety to have all this going on while you are trying to live a normal

They are young, they are mainly safe accept 1 which is unsafe @Owlunar
