Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Hey @Former-Member @Anastasia @Lee82 @MDT @Bunniekins @Snowie @Former-Member @Judi9877 @Shaz51 @Maggie @outlander @frog @NatureLover - today has been abit of a hard day but I pushed threw it, had to get a blood test done which I really hated because I hate needles, then had a phone consult with my doctor and they are really concerned about my physical health.
doing a lot of self care the past few days.

Had an appointment with the psychologist today, she is concerned about me as I'm not doing physically well.
Dyed my hair purple because I wanted to make myself feel better.
Im safe and oky.
