Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

I am sorry you can't sleep Jayde. I remember when I first was diagnosed with DID , it was a nightmare, the alters where loud but most of the time in the beginning they would "block" me out and there where times I lost time for days on end not knowing what I was doing or anything. We now exist for the most part happily. I tell you this because there is hope for a better life and with treatment you can get "better" at living with your alters sweetie. @Fluttershy1

@Former-Member - it's an overwhelming feeling, I'm currently crying, they are to loud. I keep disassociating and zoning out. I'm starting to become really switchy
