Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

@Lee82 - I know, been admitted to hospital 4 times this year due to SI. Been SI free for 3 months and 27 days. Had no one come to hospital with me I went all on my own.
I got called an attention seeker. Family told me that my friend made me do it when they didn't.

Oh wow hun that is a lot. Do you have any friends that k ow your situation? Someone you can lean on for support? Sometimes we just have to accept that our family is never going to understand our MH. I have the same issue with my family. Also my husband left me because of my MH.
