@NatureLoverby weird night I mean a huge chunk I don't remember. My smart watch as you know tells me my sleep, almost 3 hours but I remember turning the tv on, around 10 and then n nothing else until this morning . Don't even know if I had my night meds or not. Guess all the lack of sleep is catching up, . I've let my therapist know, but yea. It's ok . I'm a little spacey like I don't know if you disassociate, I do, it's like I amxhalf between that . But it's not distressing at all .

Yes, I've dissociated all my life, not so much in the last 12 years or so though. I understand the feeling. I'm actually glad you don't remember the night, as that's much less distressing for you...
