Doctors went ok. Got a few test coming up. Cardiologist and so on .
Maybe I should find a song that reflects my colour how I'm feeling, or maybe not.
My anxiety is at about 1000 today the whole time in the docs office except for when she did my blood pressure I was pacing the entire time.

Your anxiety's not good, though...do you think you might need a Chat service? I know your preferred one doesn't open till 5... I trust that you know how bad you are and when you need to access offline supports.
I'm OK, thanks...not great and not terrible.

@NatureLover Thanks for concern I don't need a help line for my anxiety, I know what to do if my heart rate gets too high, but it's not neat that yet.
Before I link a song that reflects I have this for you . Went out the front in the rain. Was worth it though

I liked the song, Lee...and interestingly it's the first male voice you've linked.
I actually had to look up the lyrics as I couldn't hear all of them and wondered if it was an SI song...I don't think you would do that to me without posting a warning for me, though, and the lyrics aren't SI. At least, they could go along with SI thoughts I suppose...
