If I recall correctly @Lee71 , the weather where you are has improved today? I think you are in SA. Its been quite warm here in NSW today, but the wind has been picking up and increasing as the day has gone on. Its really blowing hard now, and I can hear a distinct roar. Strong wind worries and upsets me.

Is there anything that helps? Put music on with headphones so you don't hear it?

I just watched the YouTube @Lee71 😀 I really like the sound of water, so that was lovely. Soooo much better than the wind. Thank you ... that was so thoughtful of you 💗 I'm trying to find something to watch on tele, but not very successful. Do you watch tele at all, or do you like reading?
I am sorry to hear that you are feeling odd physically tonight. How is your BP and heart rate currently? Have you eaten? Are you well hydrated?
I see my phone battery is on its last legs here. I think I may head to bed soon. Very tired. Psych sessions always wear me out emotionally and physically. And whats meant to be an hour long apt, I ended up being in there an hour and three quarters. So an early night is likely a good option. Maybe read for a while. What have you been doing with your evening?

No I haven't really been eating, my heart rate is up a little but nothing to be concerned about.
I understand about the psych appts wearing you out, they do that to me too.
Try and get a good night's sleep, I will look for you in the morning .
