I'm OK, thanks, my dear friend. 
But I am scared of the consequences, so will have to spend less time on this thread. I'm so very sorry, Lee. I was wondering, does reading back through your threads help you? Like maybe feeling the support a second time around, for if no-one's around to chat to in the night (or day)?

I will be thinking of you too, and hoping that your night is bearable, with some consecutive hours of sleep, and as many hours of deep sleep as possible. Am conscious that you're reducing your night meds...am keeping fingers crossed for that. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow too ❤
