Its as though Ive been holding myself together for so long ... figuratively patching a terminally leaky boat ... but now Im sinking. And there just is no way of righting this sunken boat.

@Emelia8 I can relate 100% to what you said, I'm doing the same.
But you've held it together this long so yea you can still do it.
We just need to find a way to bail some of the water out and lighten the load.
I don't often know the words for what's wrong either, frustrated me, but you've already emptied one bucket out of the sink i my boat by telling me.

@NatureLover I had very little sleep, and I have enough anxiety to share it with everyone in South Australia.
Doctors was ok, she is very concerned about my heart rate and how it gets high and stays high even with the flaming med I have, she says next time it's up at 160 and stays around there I'm t o call ambulance.a
How are you doing so far today ?

I think it's a good idea to call an ambulance if your heart rate gets that high and stays that high.
You said you might be slow to respond...can I ask how high your heart rate is at the moment?
