My heart rate is in the 90's so that's good.

My anxiety is still pretty high, has been for a couple of days.

My doctor and I have started talking about a new medication for anxiety, I used to be on one that wasn't working and its only now we are trying to get a new med for anxiety .

I know it's time for you to head to bed, I hope you can get some good refreshing sleep and wake up feeling even better tomorrow.

Maybe some sunshine tomorrow too, I think we are meant to have sunshine tomorrow.

Yes @Lee71 currently watching Sharks vs Knights. I have a soft spot for Knights coz they are geographically my nearest nrl team.

After this game we have your team Storm against Rabbitohs. Im sorry to say Lee that I will be barracking for Bunnies tonight. The are my dear brothers team. 🐰

Sounds promising that you are talking to you Dr about another anti anxiety medication. When are you likely to start?

Thanks for telling me about your heart rate and anxiety. I'm pleased to hear about your heart rate. I agree that your anxiety is concerning...a new med sounds good, if you think it's a good idea.

Thanks for your good wishes. I am really hoping you will feel tired after your walk and maybe get 4+ hours' sleep tonight... I hope tonight is a better night, and your anxiety will ease, and your troubling thoughts won't be so bad, my dear friend.

@Lee71 Thats okay, there really wasnt anything to say I guess. Yes, a close game of footy, and your team got up thanks to a lot of mistakes from the Bunnies. My brother was very disappointed.

You still sound distressed @Lee71 ... is there anything I can do or say that may help? Is your anxiety easing at all, and how is your pulse rate at present? Please promise me that if you get chest pains ... you will get yourself some help. I know you're in a boarding house, but if you are in serious trouble .. would anyone there know?

Its nearly 11pm, and I am heading to bed soon. If nothing else, to rest my eyes. I would be happy with a few hours sleep as, I expect, would you. I hope we both get that tonight. If you need company during the night though Lee, drop a line here. Its highly likely that I will be around and can respond. I know I cant really help, but sometimes its nice just to know someone is around and cares. And I do care for you Lee. I really do. Good night for now.
