It should be an easy win to Panthers, since they are ladder leaders vs Broncos, who are likely wooden spooners. 6/6 at present.

Actually @Lee71 I would like to see Broncos win tonight too. I think Penrith have had a very favourable draw this year, and dont deserve to be top of the table. Never thought I'd admit to going for a QLD team ... but ... tonight, I'm with you. 😄
Unfortunately though, its looking like Panthers are getting the upper hand now. 😕

Probably not a good idea to take any more meds. What else can you do? Perhaps watch some of your beach videos? How is your pulse rate at present?
20/12 to Penrith now with 14 mins still to go. Yes ... still plenty of time to come back, but unlikely. But at least Broncos have been competitive tonight. Something they have not been in some time.

Yeah shame about the Broncos. @Lee71 Your team Melb Storm are still waiting on Cam Smith to make a decision on whether he will play another season. Since he had his big testimonial and got a gold watch 2 seasons ago ... I hope he finally retires from both playing and refereeing. 😄
Re anxiety .. Not sure. How is your breathing? No asthma or anything? Can you meditate? I cant. Perhaps some progressive relaxation techniques?
