Yes @Lee71 good that you do not take any risks with medications when you have to drive.
No I probably wont be watching the Broncos vs Penrith match tonight. But I am watching the Sydney Swans vs Melbourne Demons right now. It started just after 4.30pm. Swannies are up at the moment, which is a surprise.
My NRL team the Canberra Raiders play the reigning champs Roosters on Saturday night and I will definitely be watching that one.

It doesn't really sound like you're OK, Lee, if the tablet hasn't helped...what is your heart rate? Another calming tablet might be a good idea...
My evenings are always worse than my mornings, but yes, the beach helped ❤

@NatureLover it's up in the high 140's and I cant get it down. But it will, and if it doesn't i know what to do.
I'm glad the beach helped a little . Maybe think of another song over the next few days for another beach video.
I have a song I want to use for a special beach video, but also another song from you would be awesome.

High 140s isn't good...did you take the other tablet? I know you have a plan as to what to do if it gets to 160 and stays there...
