@NatureLover I took a short walk also, very short as my body wouldn't allow me to do anymore.

@NatureLover no I don't think it's the beach walk, I did some gardening as such here, scraping out moss from between pavers in the front parking lot which is quite large, I used a spoon to do it . I sometimes have to keep busy to keep myself safe sometimes, but I am paying for it physically big time.
