No, you are right. We are close friends.

I tried to write my above post (and this one) carefully, and take myself out of the equation as much as possible. But if you were suddenly gone, I would be extremely worried about your safety...and I would be seeking professional help for myself. I think you can imagine the rest. (I'm not talking about SI or SH, but about coping)

Hi again Lee...just wanted to let you know I have a psychologist appointment this morning at 11, and I have to prepare my notes before then...Also, I wanted to leave you this: it's from an old art class I did. It's a copy of another painting. My style evolved to become much clearer and more detailed after this...Actually, I no longer paint, as it takes too much emotional energy...but anyway, it's something a bit different for you ❤

I'm really hoping you got some good hours of sleep last night and that today is better than yesterday for you...

Actually this psychologist appointment is an extra, it's not usually on a Monday but last Friday's got cancelled. I still have my 2pm video chat as well, this afternoon.

I think it's good to bring up your lack of sleep with your doctor...I wish something could be done about it for you. It's not good you've had yet another bad night 😥

@NatureLover it's been over 10 years since I picked up a paintbrush. Some of my friends in the states have my paintings on their wall.

I guess maybe I'm more into photography. From the bits I remember from being younger I always have been into photography
