I need to figure what I am feeling @NatureLover .the dose of my med that I have reduced to is what I call the danger dose. It's not physically dangerous but this is...well you know.

I'm a little worried about you being at the danger dose at the weekend...I assume your doctor isn't on call...I think you can contact your therapist at any time though...

@NatureLover I've been on this dose, what I call the danger dose for four days now so hopefully it starts to level out soon
And thank you for your mention to the moderator. I can contact my therapist though sometimes it takes awhile to respond.
I'm not there yet, but if you like can let you know when I'm close .
