Don't know How to tag by tahts ok. Km so very tired, but still sleep avoids me. I never feel safe, not in my surrounding, paranoia how the list goes on . Only neescti this for tthe next few days.

I'm not terribly anxious at the moment I'm more tired than anything. Tired and just over it. Don't want to go to either appointment, but I'm on my way to the so doctors appointment right now.
