Hello all ....

I decided to open up a safe room

somewhere we can just sit.... talk if you need... offload a worry or two...:check on your friends ...: and feel safe....

it is a side room to the worry room ....

let us know you are here so we can sit with you

please note that there is not always someone here physically.... but we are here virtually so it may take a while for someone to acknowledge you

I’ve been laying awake staring at the ceiling for an hour crying. I don’t know how I can keep doing this anymore. Going to sleep each night only to wake the following morning to face the demons inside me. I feel so tormented by the dark thoughts that I have every day. The fight to stay is getting less and less. 😔😭
