I decided to open up a safe room

somewhere we can just sit.... talk if you need... offload a worry or two...:check on your friends ...: and feel safe....

it is a side room to the worry room ....

let us know you are here so we can sit with you

please note that there is not always someone here physically.... but we are here virtually so it may take a while for someone to acknowledge you

not too bad @Shaz51 only feeling either lonely or bored or mix of both currently as if Im waiting for something good to happen or maybe just need more connections with those around me,how are you going tonight?

Seriously this GP was in his 80's @LostAngel just doing enough hours I think to keep going. Wish I hadn't have gone. I really didn't expect to get appt. there and then.

i feel I don't have the skills to cope with BP11, PTSD from childhood panic disorder and aspects of paranoia on my own. I don't have any medical help and I just wanted some answers. Just clutching at straws ATM
