Hello all ....

I decided to open up a safe room

somewhere we can just sit.... talk if you need... offload a worry or two...:check on your friends ...: and feel safe....

it is a side room to the worry room ....

let us know you are here so we can sit with you

please note that there is not always someone here physically.... but we are here virtually so it may take a while for someone to acknowledge you

Hi all @Eve7 @Snowie @Appleblossom @NatureLover @BlueBay

I am just quietly sitting here in the corner.... freaking out a little bit because I start a new job tomorrow.... just Friday's once a fortnight for now.... but I am so nervous.... not that I have a reason to be nervous as I have worked with this person before.... it's just my anxiety on overdrive and I don't know if I can do it

Getting back on the horse /// if its something we have not down in a while is Scary. Getting fears out can be a way to lower their impact on our lives.
