Asking for help is a big step for me @NatureLover

I am still a pile of soggy tissues.... still unable to cope with life.... still a mess.... still feeling so wrongfully needy

i am not feeling unsafe.... no SI.... I just don't want to be anymore

i am trying to keep myself busy by catching up with friends for coffee etc... and I am working 1 day a week...I have another job interview tomorrow which is fantastic.... but when I am home... alone with my thoughts... I fall apart
