Hi dear friend @Anastasia , thanks for your long reply when I'm aware you have very limited energy
My catch-up was OK I guess, a bit stressful. Another one tomorrow, inside a cafe 😣...but apparently we are all going to catch Covid at some point in the coming months. 😢 I just went and got 13 books at the library to tide me over the Christmas /New Year break. I already have about 8 at home, so that makes me feel more secure. Yes, I'm greedy for books...I need about 10 unread on the shelf at any one time to feel secure! 😄 They are actually a massive strategy for my mental health.
I asked my psychologist yesterday if I could increase my 3 1/2 hour per week limit on the forums, as I've been doing 5+ hours per week quite a few times now... But she said no; it's like the road speed limit, if I set it to 4 or 5 hours a week I might do 7 or 8. I can see her point. And yes, she is prettty amazing, I'm incredibly fortunate to have her.
When do you think you'll be able to see your counsellor next? I know finances were an issue... 😥

My health has "settled" Dr said to follow up next year. The meds seem to have taken the edge off my anxiety and ruminating and the agitation has settled mostly.
I am so pleased to hear this 🙂
The SAD has definitely eased...the test will be during the next cloudy/rainy period.
How long do you have off work over Christmas and the New Year? I'm sorry your Christmas plans are all up in the air /in doubt.
Thanks for sending me all that fruit 😄 I did actually treat myself to some cherries this morning at the supermarket! They rolled out of their bag all over the boot of the car and I had to pick them all up, hope I got them all...can't wait to eat them. I might eat them for lunch, nothing but cherries! They're my favourite fruit.
Sending even more hugs back...I hope your time with your parents today is beautiful. I know it will also be hard 😞
