I’ve just returned from the track where I coach a couple of times a week. Tonight there were a couple of Tokyo bound athletes there and they came and chatted to my starry eyed crew which was nice but I forgot to take a photo!!
i’m ok Just tired but I found out the chemist had given me the wrong ad and I’ve been taking triple my prescribed dose for the past 5 days...need to check my meds more carefully.
I hope your phone calls for your boy have been productive...go tiger mum!!!

Dreadful mistake @Anastasia and I wondered why I was sleeping so well and why I was so groggy after ECT!! I need to be more careful and check my own meds.
I just happened to be in the right place at the right time tonight but I’ll take the compliment thanks.
