@Anastasia You are an amazing mum and such a trooper. Your boy is so lucky to have you by his side and being one of his greatest supports. It is astounding what you both have been through as well as accomplished.
beautiful you are truly amazing. I so wish you were my mum I could do with you by my side.
You are strong and wonderful beyond words can describe.

Re: Trying to stay Sane

Dear @Anastasia

I note you havent been here recently. I'm thinking that you are spending all your time supporting others, both here and in your real life. I'm worried that you are not taking due care of yourself during what is likely to be a very difficult time for you all round.

I hope your Boy is doing okay and that your Dad is getting along as well as possible. Hope also that your work situation is becoming clearer and that it is a transition that you are happy enough with, or can at least work with until something better comes up. I do recall you mentioning that perhaps you may be interested in a career change at some point, something in the MH field. Is that still an option do you think?

I read on the LE side a new thread you started to do with identifying if someone is nearing a mental breakdown. If this is yourself that you are concerned about, I truly hope you can reach out to your professional supports in real life.

Anyhow, I just wanted to remind you that I think of you often and hope you are doing as well as possible. I am not a carer any more, since the death of my husband in April. And I find that change quite challenging, because being a carer is 24/7 and is very definitely a lifestyle, as opposed to a job.

Sorry, I find myself rambling now. I really just wanted to say I miss you, worry about you and hope you are okay.

Emelia 🤗💕
