Ive developed such a high tolerance.

My pdoc is going to want to admit me for a quick detox - I'm petrified of that..:::::particularly when I have really bad days like today, where I'm in crisis all day.

i just don't know what to do? My head is spinning &'I just wish I could calm down a bit

I'm the same with prn @WIP Have been taking them on and off for many years. Rarely take them now. Only in emergencies, because gp's don't like prescribing them. Yet, there's nothing much else that I can tolerate.
Would you go public or private for detox @WIP

It's my pdocs fault I have developed such a high tolerance - he kept prescribing them during lockdown, because I was so bad. Then when he tried my on a new AD and it was a horrible experience, where I didn't sleep for over a week, he told me to take more of the anti anxiety meds!! No whenever I see him,'all he talks about is reducing the anti anxieties. I'd go private for that @Former-Member But I don't have my emotions under control - crying outbursts, so what do I?

Were they understanding? I'd like to think they'd support you there. Do you think it might be a good idea to try soon. I know it must be hell what you're going through. I'm guessing you have private cover?? I wish I had private cover last year. I would have admitted myself. But, like you, I don't want to go public.

Could you cuddle up with little Levi on the couch @WIP and watch The Sound of Music on tele with me? Its part way through, and Ive seen it numerous times, but I enjoy it each time. Its on the main Channel 7.
